As I enter the halfway point of my 12th year of teaching (oh my!), I have decided to give this whole blogging thing a go. Blogging is something I have wanted to do for a VERY long time, but if I am being completely honest, I am not the greatest wordsmith. I am one of those people that will read (and reread) a simple paragraph and scrutinize over every last detail. It's just in my nature, I suppose.
I have started (and erased) a potential blog on numerous occasions. I just convince myself that it isn't the "right" time, and then I delete everything. It's the start of a new year, so I am feeling a little ambitious. Let's see if this round sticks!
Now, why would I feel the need to blog? The answer is simple... I love to SHARE! I am hoping to create a blog full of ideas for classrooms of all shapes and sizes (or more appropriately, subjects and grade levels). If I could make the day easier for at least one teacher out there, I will be one happy lady!
